Alliance Group also encourages employers to select preferred manpower by sending their peresentatives directly to Bangladesh. Alliaance Group provides all logistics and facilities to the employers for the selection process including in the selection process to recruit the trade ad required by the employer.
Alliance Group Performs The Following Activities for Manpower Selection
- Obtain Recruitment permission from the Government agencies.
- Advertise in the reputed daily newspaper and call for applications from the workers.
- Collection of applications and Curriculum vita of the job seekers through other means of communications.
- Conduct final interview by employer’s representatives.
- Obtai passports for the selected candidates.
- Conduct medical fitness test of the candidates.
- Obtain police clearance of each of the workers from concerned authority.
- Obtain medical fitness certificate, photographs and related documents from the selected person.
- Obtain required visa for the workers from destination countries/Embassy.
- Obtain departure clearance from concerned department of Government of Bangladesh as soon as visa is obtained.
- Travel arrangement with the concerned airlines including confirmation of tickets. Maintain constant contact with the employers and updating them about the departure schedules of the workers.
- Proper briefing to the workers about the social, political, legal, cultural and environmental aspects of the host country to boost up their moral strength that helps them to maintain constant contacts with home country.
- Briefing of the workers about the job, salary, terms and conditions of the employment contacts prior to the departure.
- Arrangement of proper and timely replacement or worker, if anyone is found professionally or medically unfit within the probation period.
- Ensure that workers can reach the destination country within 20-25 days from the date of receipt of their visa/visa advice/calling visa from the employer.
- They are ready to shorten this departure time in case of emergency at employer’s end.
- Attend employer’s call to solve unforeseen problems and difficulties pertaining to workers that may arise within the contract period.
